Jon Stewart: comic or political figurehead? Is Jon Stewart just a comic or a political figurehead? Even though his Daily Show is pretty funny, it does seem to poke fun at Republicans all the time. Listen to this argument between John, Sasha, and Dan. Then tell us what you think. [3:39, 859 KB, MP3] Attached File: Jon Stewart - Comic or Political Figurehead [www.RealityTalkShow.com].mp3

Stupid people and smart people answer questions differently. Dan thinks Jon Stewart is really smart. Here we continued the debate on Jon Stewart's role in entertainment and politics. Do you think he caused the demise of Crossfire? [5:28, 1285 KB, MP3] Attached File: Jon Stewart Ruined Crossfire [www.RealityTalkShow.com].mp3

Even though his Daily Show is pretty funny, it does seem to poke fun at Republicans all the time." It *seems* to? Really?? No kidding. That might just be because it is a democratic newspoof. The whole show is based upon the democrats' beliefs and ideals. I watched that episode of Crossfire. Maybe he did cause the "demise of Crossfire", and if he did, I'm glad. He sat there and told the truth and tried to get down to the issues and the other two were insulting him and trying to be funny and making complete asses of themselves. Jon is a comedian but that doesn't mean he doesn't have serious views. That show was just ridiculous, but Jon Stewart was amazing on it, despite their best efforts to throw him off. Jon Stewart is amazing and that's all there is to it. Sincerely, Laura P.s. I am currently wearing a Stewart/Colbert for presidency '08 shirt.
