Tech Support

We are a bunch of computer geeks working in the software industry. Whenever our gears hicks up, we are too proud to call technical support. Instead, we rather spend days and nights diagnosing the problem. Either we fix it ourselves or the gear is broken to the point we just want to ship it back for service. What infuriates us the most is that most tech supports are geared computer newbies, or people who are less arrogant and snobby (read as more computer illiterate) than us. So to return a defective product, tech support will attempt to diagnose the problem over the phone instead of believing that we have diagnosed the problem far more in-depth then tech support can ever suggest. This talk describes how we deal with the issue.
